Cancellation Policy (Terms & Conditions):

In case you are unable to attend, we would be happy to welcome a colleague in your place. However, if you are forced to cancel, we need to be notified for your cancelation in writing.

If this happens by 26th of August, 2008, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied. If you are forced to cancel between 26th of August and 5th of September, then a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. After 6th of September 2008, no refund is possible.

Your registration will be valid only when the full amount of the participation has been fully paid. By filling and sending this form to Derivatives.gr, you agree and accept terms and conditions of the registration and cancellation policy.
